Marissa Latshaw

Marissa is an organizational empathy consultant, experienced marketing leader, and creator of the Empathetic Marketing Process. She started Latshaw Marketing in 2016 with the goal of helping teams harness empathy to create meaningful connections and sustainable business results. She specializes in qualitative audience research, strategic positioning, and marketing planning and has worked with organizations large and small, across industries including: software, financial services, manufacturing, nonprofit, and creative. Before Latshaw Marketing, Marissa was the Vice President of Marketing at GigMasters, and prior to that held leadership positions in the technology and publishing industries.

Jack has spent the past decade working as a graphic designer and creative director for ad agencies, small startups, and large corporations across various industries. He is a versatile creative and has filled many roles from strategy, to design, to production, to project management, but his passion is in building brand identities from the ground up and developing beautiful, yet functional visual systems.

Margo Reynolds | Communications Strategy

Margo has led digital engagement and community outreach strategies for several of the nation's top nonprofits in the K-12 space focused on education policy, curriculum, school leader training, professional development, health activism, and social justice. She brings more than a decade of marketing and communications experience with an emphasis on multi-channel digital strategies designed to increase brand awareness, deepen engagement, and build strong communities for social impact organizations.
